    Upon getting started, we will send over our Client Intake Form that will provide us with the necessary information to get started. We also request you provide any other assets you think might assist us when strategizing.

    Understanding what your main competitors are doing digitally is paramount – we like to see what they are doing well and what they aren’t doing well so we can improve upon it. We’ll gather information like what websites are linking to them so we can build a stronger backlink portfolio.

    Analytics & Search Console Audit

    This is where we need to nail down the targeted actions we want users to take on the website. We then connect Google Analytics to the Search Console so we can get a better insight on search queries and submit sitemaps so search engines can more easily crawl the site.  We will also set up filters that will prevent tracking internal traffic, discourage known bots and spiders and ensure you’re receiving meaningful data.  This step completes everything we would perform in month 1.

    Continued On-Page Optimization

    In month 1, our hopes are to get all top-level pages optimized but depending on the size of the website, this may bleed into additional months.  As we start to create new content, we will always have more on-page issues to fix and will remain vigilant in getting them resolved.

    Content Generation

    Depending on the website needs, we craft a wide variety of different type of content to help expand the number of search queries the site ranks for and create internal links with optimized anchor text.  We value quality over quantity and only generate content that is value-adding to the end user.     Link Building

    Links are one of the most important aspects in determining how much domain authority your website has.  However, there is a caveat. This is another area where we value quality over quantity. We only build links from relevant, quality websites that also provide value-adding content.  We never use any blackhat methods to build links so you run no risk of being penalized.

    We will be creating a lot of content on a monthly basis and will use social media to syndicate the message.  By doing this, we are also using what’s called “tier 3 backlinks” which will help to diversify our backlink portfolio.
